hey i m getting 283 marks in bitsat and all the students with whom i have talked till now told me that that i can hope to get msc there but bitsat score analysis as officially declared by bits says that no. of stdents scoring gud marks have increased this year so does this indicate that the cutoff will rise this year or as the trends says they will fall by 5 marks or so . pls help
pls rply as early as possible |

increase in the cutoffs could be a possibility .but u still hold good chances of getting a Msc (hons) in pilani(and defintely in goa/hyd) _________________ 2007C6PS326G

yes,the cutoff may incr due to better performance in bitsat.and you can get a decent Msc branch at hyd/goa. _________________ Giridhar Prasanna(GP)

Frankly I dont know. The scoring patterns are roughly the same as last yr(not a massive increase).More seats have been added at other places + the abolishment of th outside-state quota.
I think its the AIEEE counselling that is interfering a lot.Not every1 will want to shift after to reporting to their AIEEE alloted college. I think there will be a significant drop in the next iter. _________________ The Shadow returns.

My views are somewhat same as Rahul. _________________ Vishrut Shukla
