hey guys.im fresher @BITS hyd.just wanted 2 know how many hostels hv cum up in hyd in the last 1 yr.last yr there were 2 boyshostels and 1 girls hostels i suppose.what other facilities hv cum up?how long do u think it shud tk for BITS hyd to becum as good as goa/pilani?plz reply |

hey i hav been to d campus a week back.
boys hostels are good. abt a 8x8 rooms.i could see only one hostel i.e Krishna bhavan.
i think it will take abt 8-12 months more for d construction.
its almost like goa campus.
will send in some pics later |

Yeah I go agree the hostels rooms are good but the campus is certainly not like goa (as of now, maybe even better when complete)
For the whole campus to complete, it will take a long time (not just 12 months.)

talking about the campus becoming as good as goa/pilani. in terms of bitsat score cutoffs our campus has already overtaken goa in a few branches.the hostels r good.we guys enjoy ourselves!  . this yr there are going to be 4-5 boys hostels

Most of the main block is air conditioned; lecture halls, classrooms and computer labs etc. Hostels aren't and it's hot only in the summer.April or so, but a fan and an open window are enough.
