Well, hostel is given in very rare cases, say if your house is maximum 10 min from campus.
Dunno 'bout Pilani, but there was only 1 day schoiar in Goa, and that too for forst four years.
I don't think they'll show much lenience in BITS-Hyd, because there will be many students from Hyd. |

I think hostel is compulsory 4 all. I kno 2 guys in goa campus who live at vasco (abt 20 min from campus),yet dey stay in hostel.
Even if it were not cmplsry, i would advice 2 to stay in hostel.

Hi!
I have got a score of 322 in BITSAT 2009 and my filled preferences are:
1) BITS pilani- EE
2) BITS pilani- Mechanical
3) BITS pilani- CS
4) BITS pilani- EI
5) BITS pilani- chemical
6)BITS pilani- civil
7) BITS pilani- manufacturing.all B.E. courses at pilani.
Can I get anything in first or second iterations? Is it worth to hope any B.E course at pilani campus after second iteration? Did anyone get any B.E course at pilani in third or fourth iteration? |

yeah youll get sumthin 4 sure in second iteration, infact in most of cases the stream u get in second iteration turns out to be your final stream
