only ur 2nd year marks r considered. u need 2 get above 80% in ur 2nd yr.

80% is counted for both years...not only the second year. The combined marks of 1st and 2nd years will be counted. |

Please tell which board you are from.You must be from AP Board and I have heard that both 11th and 12th marks are taken together.

yea even i had submitted only my 12th marks, i m from mumbai.....
and i think its only 12th marks tat is required no matter which board u r from....

i am from AP board and i clearly remember that dey asked only for 12th marks nd its specifically written somewhere that even if d board considers 11th nd 12 marks together, for bitsat only 12th(second yr.) marks r considered.
either way, i think its better if u giv bitsat even if ur aggregate ( 11th nd 12th ) is less than 80 but ur 12th marks r more than 80%.

Ya they do not allow 11 class marks coz there are something called as IMPROVEMENTS in A.P. where many actually write the exams again just to increase the course |

the eligibilty criteria is based only on the 12th or 10+2 standard..... and doesnt include 11th or 10th boards results
