ya, I agree with subheet.
Some of my frnds with BITSAT score 330+ are joining goa campus and not Pilani.

I agree that Pilani is better off in a few aspects.

That doesn't mean that any armchair pundit in Pilani starts dissing Goa out of ego issues.

i root for the goa guys who've been doin there best to help all the bits aspirants and also to publicize(hope not a wrong word) bits how many pilani guys do u see doing this (i acknowledge there are some herebut still limited participation and i must add i'm joining pilani ) ...as for the placements it has already been clarified here plus we all know any engineering college takes several years to establish itself but bpgc has come out with such gud performance (placements etc...)in a small time ....well becuz it is BITS ...and in suddenly ppl like ..adbaby(....lol)! a bitsian so to say comes out talking all this rubbish ..reminds me of that idiom ..ghar ka bhedi lanka dhhaye

the placements your talkin about are the first placements and our placements are the best by any new college\new campus having its 1st placement
as the executioner said IIT G had 40% placements
even IIIT hyd 's first placement was not impressive{no of companies}

plus as ravem pointed out we have a bigger tech fest than pilani
for a 4 yr old campus this is a very big achievement

to all those who think goa isnt gonna improve:
you have only seen the trailer, as SRK said "picture abhi baaki hai"
